I would never consider using this (or just about any other business like this) for the following reasons:
a) I don’t have enough gold in my house to warrant going to one of these chop shops
b) I wouldn’t trust my valuables to a place I have to ship to
c) They’re a business and are looking to make a profit … some do it by cutting corners
