Pretty amazing. Jay Leno, as you may or may not know, is a car buff. He’s got an extensive car collection. So what happens when one of his cars needs a new part, and nobody stocks that part anymore?
Easy, you scan the old one with a 3D scanner, print that model with a 3D printer, then use the resulting plastic printed piece to make a mold to make new parts. Crazy!
